I was born in the Sacramento California area but grew up in Hayward California since the age of seven. Growing up in a tough environment, I fumbled through school, home, and my community. The countless thoughts of never achieving anything stormed my path day in and day out. However, with all obstacles I overcame, I never gave up on my mission to help children that are in the shoes I once filled.

Today, I am an educator that serves a role as a teacher, mentor, and example to all children that it does not matter where you came from, it matters where you going. With all the goals that I have set in my life, there is one that continues to fuel my passion, books. I am determined to write books to put smiles on children's faces and to have them gravitate to enjoy learning.
